Complaints
We aim to provide high-quality care, but if you feel we have fallen short of this please let us know. We take all complaints seriously and use them to improve our service.
Complaints are treated in confidence, are not recorded in your medical records, and will not affect your care.
How to Complain
Please raise your concerns as soon as possible. Complaints can be made to the Interim Practice Manager, Kirsten Inkster.

If someone is complaining on your behalf, we will need your written consent.

- We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days
- We aim to respond fully within 10 working days
- If there are delays, we will keep you informed
Our response will include an explanation, an apology where appropriate, and details of any actions taken.
