Ordering Your Repeat Medication
There are several ways to order your repeat medication:
- Online – The easiest way is via the Patient Access website. Please speak to reception if you need help registering or to obtain a PIN.
- Telephone – Call 01595 693201 and select option 2 to leave a message. Please clearly state your full name, date of birth and the details of the medications you require.
- In person – You can return the tear-off slip from your medication packaging by using the post box located next to the reception hatch.
Please note that requests for any medication can take up to seven working days to process. Please ensure you have adequate quantities so to avoid running out of medications and order responsibly and in plenty of time.
Our pharmacy team are also working to move suitable medications onto two-monthly prescribing where appropriate.
